    • Bring your towel and bathing suit. If you’re spending the night, bring your own bedding or camping gear.

    • Sweat Church is a Sunday health focused mini-retreat. Expect to relax, detox, read in a hammock or wiggle to some tunes.

    • A little later, prepare for some organic food with gluten-free and vegan options.

    • We are an establishment of mutual respect. No drugs or alcohol are permitted. All ages and genders are welcome.

    • Some guests may choose to not to drive home after their post dinner hot tub. Three beds are available as well as three camp sites, and two car camping spots. Just bring your own bedding and campers bring your own camp stuff. For couples rates contact us.
